Peoplebank started with a problem most agencies recognise. Candidates applying outside business hours weren't hearing back quickly enough. Their answer was Aida, an AI screener built on Amplify and deployed in July 2025. Within weeks, Aida was reaching three times more candidates than recruiters could manage manually. Half of those offered a screening conversation took it up, and 80% asked to be considered for additional roles immediately. Across the pilot, the team saved 272 hours. The goal, as Peoplebank framed it, was to make recruitment more human, not less.
Fuse Recruitment had eighty percent of consultant time consumed at the top of the funnel, leaving too little for candidates actually ready to place. After combining Amplify with Automation, that ratio has flipped. Completed screens are up 800%, consultants are saving around 15 hours each per week, and 56% of placements now come from the Bullhorn database.
"AI captures and scores the details; automation handles the next step, and recruiters only step in where the data is cleaner, clearer, and prioritised."
— Mathew Westcott, managing director, Fuse Recruitment
Sirius had 725,000 candidates in their database, and a candid admission: they weren't using them. Consultants were going back to market on every role, burning ad spend, and manually sifting through application after application. After rebuilding their data foundations in Bullhorn, embedding Automation and rolling out Amplify, the results compounded quickly. Screening time in one division dropped from 15 days to 2.5 days. The business saved 13,000 hours of admin last year, and 80% of placements now come from inside Bullhorn.
"It's about what your business looks like when it's actually working properly.”
— Danielle Johnson, national director, Sirius.
Our 2026 Global Recruitment Insights and Data (GRID) industry report showed the gap between AI adopters and non-adopters is widening. These three agencies show which side moves faster.
