Recognising excellence within recruitment and staffing
We’re pleased to announce that entries for the APSCo Australia Awards are now open!
The APSCo Australia Awards are more than a moment of recognition, they represent the standards, people, and businesses shaping the future of the professional staffing industry. Judged by respected industry peers and experts, these awards carry real credibility, recognising performance, impact, and professionalism.
They celebrate the full breadth of the recruitment ecosystem, shining a light on those raising the bar. For finalists and winners alike, the APSCo Australia Awards are a mark of quality, integrity, and influence.
The APSCo Australia Awards are designed to be accessible, fair, and focused on meaningful recognition. The entry process is intentionally streamlined, consisting of a short written submission that allows entrants to clearly outline their achievements and impact.
All entrants are then invited to participate in an interview with our judging panel, ensuring every submission is given the opportunity to be explored in more depth. This approach creates a more balanced and insightful judging process, where context, performance, and contribution can be properly understood - not just what is captured on paper.
Great staffing and recruitment businesses don’t excel in just one area - they deliver across people, performance, innovation and client experience. Our award categories are designed to reflect that, recognising the different ways organisations are raising the bar and shaping the future of the industry.
The Best Performance categories return this year, alongside two new additions: Best Tech Newcomer (Vendor), recognising emerging innovation in the supplier space, and Leadership Pathway Program, awarded to an agency who is leading the way in developing and investing in their people.
The APSCo Australia Awards for Excellence are now open to all across the Australian recruitment and staffing profession.
To enter, simply complete and submit the entry form relevant to your chosen category below. We encourage agencies, teams, and industry suppliers from across the profession to participate and showcase the work making an impact across our sector.
