Workshops – Learners will benefit from 3 Two hour workshops to discuss practical application of the learning and real life team challenges. The sessions will enable learners to gain support and ideas both from trainers and peers. They will also include assignment preparation and writing support.
Assessment – In order to complete the qualification there will be 3 practical assignments, for which delegates are given trainer support and extensive CMI resources.
