APSCo Annual General Meeting 2026

APSCo Australia invites members to join us online for our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday July 7 at 12:00pm (AEST).

The Agenda is as follows:

• Apologies and proxies – Stephen Smith.

• Confirmation of the Minutes of the 2024 Annual General Meeting held on May 22, 2025. 

• Financial Review.

• To receive the Chair of Directors Report and the Managing Director’s Report, for year ending December 31st, 2025.

• Other Business – any additional matters that Members wish to include must be provided to the Managing Director by 5:00pm, Friday June 26.

Unable to attend?
If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you nominate a proxy. Proxies must be submitted via email to lesley@apscoau.org no later than 5:00pm on Friday, July 3.
