Westpac Banking Group, Head of Australian Business & Industry
Sian Fenner joined Westpac as Head of Business and Industry Economics after
relocating to Sydney from Singapore. She is responsible for providing important
insights for business and industry across Australia. She is the author of Westpac’s Quarterly Business Snapshot, regarded as necessary reading for businesses. She was previously Head of International Economics at the Monetary Authority of Singapore from 2022 to 2024 responsible for the global economic forecasts and scenarios as well as the banks stress tests. Prior to that, Sian was Director and Lead Economics at Oxford Economics specialising in
macroeconomic analysis of the APAC region and providing essential bespoke research for industries and companies. She has held several other positions in banks in London and the Australian Federal Treasury spanning over a two decade career in economic research and forecasting.

Andrea Clarke is a Sydney-based Work Futurist, author, and former foreign correspondent who helps people become future-fit through bold thinking, practical tools, and powerful storytelling. After a global career in journalism and human rights—including work in Washington D.C. and conflict zones—she founded Future Fit Learning in 2012 to build adaptability and communication capability at scale for ASX-listed companies. Her first book, Future Fit, won Australian Business Book of the Year, and her latest, Adapt (Simon & Schuster), empowers readers to master change with simple habits. Andrea’s work is driven by one goal: to help people shape their future, not fear it.
Australian Health Professionals, Chief Operating Officer
Bronwyn Murphy is a respected executive with over 25 years of experience in recruitment, compliance, and operational leadership. As COO of Australian Health Professionals—a group of seven companies—she oversees complex service delivery across hospitals, aged care, and community NDIS settings, ensuring compliance with diverse legislative and client requirements across all Australian states and territories.
Her previous executive roles included national and international remits across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, where she led operational and compliance strategies for multi-entity recruitment groups. Bronwyn’s sector experience spans healthcare, IT, engineering, construction, and professional services, supporting organisations with multi-vertical structures and high regulatory demands.
A certified external auditor for ISO 9001, WHS, and environmental standards, Bronwyn brings a systems-based, outcomes-driven approach to quality and continuous improvement. She is also an active advocate for national reform, lobbying for the Australia-wide recognition of certifications, qualifications and clearances.

Louise regularly provides workplace training to employers and presents on workplace issues including strategies for engaging staff and business protection considerations and compliance with statutory obligations including recent amendments to anti-discrimination and work health and safety legislation.
Co-Founder
Jacky has many years’ experience in the talent and recruitment sector, including almost 4 decades with global recruitment firm, Hays. Having held multiple global and APAC roles at executive level, Jacky's unique skillset spans operations, technology and marketing with a specific focus on customer centricity, profitable growth and innovation. Two years ago she partnered with another experienced recruitment industry professional, Steve Carter, and together with a team of data, technology and automation experts started The Satori Partnership, a specialist industry consultancy geared to supporting recruitment agencies in achieving their growth objectives.
