The direct contact triage arrangement between APSCo Australia and Gadens enables immediate response in the event of time critical advice requirements in the areas of:

- assistance with industrial relations issues
- facilitating union and enterprise bargaining negotiations
- reviewing, amending, and drafting employment-related agreements including enterprise bargaining agreements
