The direct contact triage arrangement between APSCo Australia and Gadens enables immediate response in the event of time critical advice requirements in the areas of:

general employment advice including strategy and recruitment through to termination.
assistance with employment disputes and workplace discrimination cases
advising on compliance, reorganisation and restructurings
assistance with managing employee share schemes
reviewing and drafting of company policies
Assisting with the Fair Work Act 2009 compliance and support in understanding other legislative changes
assistance with industrial relations issues
facilitating union and enterprise bargaining negotiations
reviewing, amending, and drafting employment-related agreements including enterprise bargaining agreements
