The direct contact triage arrangement between APSCo Australia and Gadens enables immediate response in the event of time critical advice requirements in the areas of:
- advice in relation to occupational health and safety (OH&S) issues
- facilitating investigations into OH&S complaints
- assistance with disputes in the Fair Work Commission, Federal Circuit Court, and Federal Court of Australia
- Assistance with OH&S compliance
- Assistance with compliance with health and safety representative issued PIN's and other directions
For general advice requests (non-urgent) Gadens will provide a response within 48 hours.
