APSCo Annual General Meeting

APSCo Australia invites Members to join us online for our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, May 21 at 12:00pm (AEST).

This meeting is an important opportunity to reflect on the past year, review APSCo’s strategic direction, and engage with fellow members. 

The Agenda is as follows:

• Apologies and proxies – Stephen Smith.

• Confirmation of the Minutes of the 2023 Annual General Meeting held on June 19, 2024. 

• Financial Review.

• To receive the Chair of Directors Report and the Managing Director’s Report, for year ending December 31st, 2024.

• Other Business – any additional matters that Members wish to include must be provided to the Managing Director by 5:00pm, Friday May 16.

If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you nominate a proxy. Proxy Appointment forms must be signed by a representative of an APSCo Full Member company and submitted via email to lesley@apscoau.org no later than 5:00pm on Tuesday, 20 May 2025. (Proxy form to be downloaded below)
