Victorian Legislative changes to the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013 (WIRC Act) have recently come into effect, providing improved experiences and support to injured workers and family members.
The reforms include increases to weekly pensions for dependent children and a broader range of lump sum entitlements and family support services.
