The Fair Work Ombudsman has released a Payroll Remediation Program Guide, designed to assist employers identify and correct underpayments of employee entitlements under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth). The Guide aims to assist employers that have become aware of actual or suspected non-compliance and intend on undertaking a payroll remediation program.
